Deck Rebuild - Lake St. Peter
I had Maynooth Renovations rebuild my sundeck at my cottage. I’m very happy with the work they did. Micheal was very patient, since we had many snags with the building permit. They will do more work for me in the future.

Exterior Painting - Baptiste Lake
Maynooth Renovations did the exterior painting on this house. The wood siding was dry and uneven in many places, requiring repair before the painting. Mike worked meticulously, going back each day over the previous day's work to see if areas needed to be repainted. Completed last November, the paint job passed the test: A winter on Baptiste Lake! We were very pleased with the end results of the exterior paint work and would recommend his services to others considering having similar work performed.
In addition, although the deck will eventually require replacement, Mike removed the worst of the boards and replaced them with new wood to provide for safety in the interim. We were also happy with that work, as well.
Window & Siding Reno - Lake St. Peter
Michael saved the day! We had a large cottage renovation and window replacement project going very poorly (by others). Michael took over the project at a difficult time, corrected all the mistakes and we ended up with an amazing outcome. He was very professional, punctual and a very good communicator. Michael applied his expertise with a high level of workmanship and we felt we received a quality end product within a good budget. I would highly recommend him and
look forward to helping us again in 2022!
Interior Painting & Drywall Repair - Lake St. Peter
Mike was prompt and finished a painting and drywall repair, doing an excellent job. He was flexible as to our needs and timelines. I appreciated the work he did at tidying up a residence that had had little interior maintenance for many years.

Mike did a substantial amount of painting for us. The quality of work was excellent. He is both reliable and talented. He also redid our bathroom/shower tiling - again a clean and excellent job.

Unarguably, we presented many challenges along the way – massive porcelain tiles, custom shower details, distressed floor to refinish, stain matching of old and new wood, cable lighting – and the list goes on.
